Asking $50 upfront for an application fee without viewing is an abnormal business practice that raises a red flag. I get the money is used for credit check and background checks, but you haven't earned my trust to give you access to my confidential information. I asked if I didn't like the apartment if the $50 is refundable and they said it is not. They are asking you to take all the risk. The communication and follow through leaves something to be desired.

I recently moved into one of their properties and they made the process very easy! My place was very clean upon move in. There was a slight miscommunication on their part about utilities and after discussing it with GPM they immediately made a compromise and kept their earlier promises. Their communication from then on has been perfect and they are extremely helpful. They are very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Best experience while apartment hunting. James is the man! Was helpful through and through. Let me view the apartments on my own terms, made me feel comfortable, broke everything down for me. I am definitely renting with them in the future, it's a company I know I can trust. The units were one of the cleanest I've seen around town. I would absolutely recommended to rent from these guys.

I appreciated the modern look of the apartment and the new appliances. No rodents or insects were a plus! I didn't like the location. Overall, Safe Harbor rectified any maintenance requests or complaints we presented. The staff, Kay and Brittany were always very kind and understanding. Upon fulfilling the terms of my lease, I received my full security deposit refund. We worked really hard to thoroughly clean the apartment our final day there but we were still afraid that we would not receive our full deposit refund. We are grateful for Safe Harbor's professionalism and honesty. I would recommend Safe Harbor units to anyone seeking to rent👍.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Safe Harbor Properties. I absolutely love my one bedroom apartment. It is clean, spacious and quiet. I have no complaints about noise. My property manager is friendly and very accommodating! If there is ever and issue with the apartment, which is rare, it is addressed and fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend Safe Harbor to anyone!
